1. What is the MOQ for wholesale custom t-shirts?

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design, per color, per size. For new clients, we accept small trial orders to build trust. For long-term partners, the MOQ is negotiable.

2. How is the wholesale price calculated?

The price is based on fabric material, quantity, printing/embroidery complexity, and order size. We offer tiered pricing: the more you order, the lower the unit price. We provide transparent factory-direct pricing with no hidden fees.

3. What printing methods do you support for bulk orders?

We support Screen Printing, Heat Transfer, Embroidery, and Sublimation. Screen printing is the most cost-effective for large bulk orders. Embroidery is recommended for corporate logos for a premium look.

4. What is the production lead time for bulk orders?

• Standard Order: 10-15 working days after sample approval.

• Urgent Order: 7 working days (subject to a rush fee).

5. Do you provide shipping services for overseas orders?

Yes. We offer FOB Tianjin and FOB Shandong shipping terms. We can also arrange CIF, DDP, and door-to-door delivery via sea, air, or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We handle all export customs clearance procedures for you.

6. What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms for wholesale orders are:

• 30% Deposit upon order confirmation.

• 70% Balance Due Before Shipment.We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and secure payment platforms.

7. Do you support OEM and ODM services?

Absolutely. As a professional OEM clothing factory, we can customize logos, labels, hangtags, and packaging. For ODM projects, our design team can help you develop new styles based on your sketches or ideas.
